Ordinance No. 0-29-88 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-29-88 for Second Read- ing, reading it as to number and title, recommending authorization for Best, Best and Krieger, legal counsel, to proceed to validate Ordinance No. 0-29-88 in the San Bernardino Superior Court. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-29-881 together with approval of Staff recommendation. ORDINANCE NO. 0-29-88 - (Second Reading) Fantasy Topless AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO GRANT CREDITS AGAINST SALES AND USE TAXES OWED TO THE CITY OF COLTON IN THE AMOUNT OF SALES AND USE TAXES PAID, IF ANY, TO THE COLTON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. City Attorney Edwards reported on the lawsuit for Fantasy Topless, ad- vising the trial court judge has made a favorable decision in this case. Mr. Edwards stated this tentative decision is very important but is not final, and Staff will continue to pursue this matter. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia and unani mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 1988, at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
