ADJOURNED <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 26, 1988 <br />An Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />R OT.T. r A T.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were Assistant City Manager Keane, City Attorney <br />Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was City Manager Benest. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales advised there was a request to have Item No. 12, relating <br />to a request for a Permit for a Sound Vehicle, removed from the Consent <br />Calendar and discussed as a separate item. <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of October 4, 1988, as on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />72890 - 73252 <br />142631 - 1428132 142814 - 142958 <br />October 13, 1988 <br />(3) Bids <br />Authorize solicitation of competitive Bids for Certificates of <br />Participation to finance Corporation Yard, RESOLUTION NO. R-102- <br />88. <br />(4) Bids <br />Reject all Bids received on Water Meters for the Public Works <br />Water Division. <br />(5) Annexations <br />Adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-103-88, approving Annexation South 45 <br />(Koenig), LAFCO No. 2454A. <br />(6) Contracts <br />Authorization for City Manager to enter into Contract, not to <br />exceed $15,000, with Management Sciences Application, Inc., for <br />the preparation of a Historical and Architectural Inventory of <br />
