R-107-88. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar, with the exception of Item No. 12. Unanimous vote. <br />14A. Permits <br />Mrs. Betty Cook, 844 Edgehill Drive, asked about the Sound Vehicle Permit, <br />requested by Ray Abril, Jr., and wondered if this was the usual procedure <br />for Election Day, and was Mr. Abril campaigning for certain candidates, <br />etc. <br />Mr. Ray Abril, Jr., 330 East "N" Street, stated he complied with all the <br />requirements in obtaining a Permit for the Sound Vehicle and, in keeping <br />with the Democratic process, he felt it was his right to campaign for <br />whomever he chose. <br />2 <br />
