City Manager Benest reported Staff requested an addendum to the Amendment of Agreement for Crossroads Trade Centre to provide that all advertising and promotional material regarding the development of Tract #12637 identify the location as being in the City of Colton. Mr. Benest stated the addendum requires the subdivider's best effort to promote the City of Colton in the marketing of this tract. Mr. Benest recommended authorizing extending the Subdivision Agreement with Crossroads Trade Centre with addendum. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, approving Staff's recommendation regarding extending Subdivision Agreement for Crossroads Trade Centre and addendum. Unanimous vote.
