Construction should begin in November and be completed within twelve <br />months if Council should move for approval. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to authorize <br />soliciting proposals for the construction of a new City Corporation Yard. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Mello -Roos Election <br />Res. Nos. R-85-88 & R-86-88 <br />Assistant City Manager Keane reported on the election of the property owner in <br />the proposed Mello -Roos Community Facilities District 88-1. The vote was <br />unanimous in favor of the propositions on the ballot. City Clerk Ramos has <br />canvassed and counted the ballots. <br />I, Helen A. Ramos, City Clerk of the City of Colton, hereby certify that I <br />have Canvassed the Ballots of the Special Municipal Election held September 6, <br />1988, and find: <br />For - 95 <br />Against - 0 <br />I further certify that the single owner of the property is Forecast Mortgage <br />Company and that all eligible votes were cast in a single ballot by the <br />legally designated representative. <br />X..
