Mr. Benest recommended Council consider First Reading of Ordinance <br />No. 0 -29-88, Sales and Use Tax Orindnace for the RV Center. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />pass First Reading and waive full reading of Ordinance No. 0-29-88. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-29-88 - <br />(First Reading) <br />Council Meetings <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO GRANT CREDITS AGAINST <br />SALES AND USE TAXES OWED TO THE CITY OF <br />COLTON IN THE AMOUNT OF SALES AND USE TAXES <br />PAID, IF ANY, TO THE COLTON REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY. <br />City Manager Benest advised that because the majority of Staff <br />Members and City Council will be attending the League of California <br />Cities Conference October 16 - 199 19889 it is necessary to <br />reschedule the second regular Council Meeting in October. <br />On Council consensus, a Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, October <br />2619 1988, at 7:30 p. m. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-25-88 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-25-88 for Second <br />Reading, reading it as to title and number only: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-25-88.
