R-127-90 - <br />Closed Session <br />BONDS, AND (iii) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AP- <br />PRIATIONS LIMIT. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSU- <br />ANCE OF SPECIAL TAX BONDS OF COMMUNITY FACIL- <br />ITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) <br />SERIES 1990 IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000 AND APPROVING CER- <br />TAIN DOCUMENTS AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS <br />IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FORM OF A <br />BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO AND <br />AWARDING BONDS OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DIS- <br />TRICT NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) IN THE <br />AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED <br />$10,000,000 AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY OFFI- <br />CIAL STATEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br />A FINAL OFFICIAL STATEMENT WITH RESPECT TO <br />SUCH BONDS. <br />City Manager Sotelo requested a Closed Session, for Personnel Matters <br />and Pending Litigation, at the end of the Meeting. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Dan Loudermilk, 541 North Yucca, Colton, spoke to the City Council <br />regarding harassment towards his son, Michael, from Mr. Steven M. <br />Aguilar, with the boxing club under the Human Services Department. Mr. <br />Loudermilk said that Mr. Wynn, Director of Parks, Recreation and Human <br />Services, sent a letter to Mr. Aguilar advising him that the boxing club <br />was open to all members of the public, however, the harassment continued. <br />Mr. Loudermilk stated that he also contacted Congressman Brown's office <br />on this matter. Mr. Loudermilk concluded he felt that Mr. Aguilar should <br />be relieved of his duties at the boxing club. <br />Mayor Gonzales stated this matter would be referred to City Manager <br />Sotelo, and that Mr. Loudermilk should get in touch with him. <br />The City Council adjourned at 7:53 p.m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:05 p.m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />5 <br />
