RESOLUTION NO. R-126-90 - RESOLUTION NO. R-127-90 - Closed Session BONDS, AND (iii) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AP- PRIATIONS LIMIT. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSU- ANCE OF SPECIAL TAX BONDS OF COMMUNITY FACIL- ITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) SERIES 1990 IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000 AND APPROVING CER- TAIN DOCUMENTS AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FORM OF A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO AND AWARDING BONDS OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DIS- TRICT NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000 AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY OFFI- CIAL STATEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF A FINAL OFFICIAL STATEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SUCH BONDS. City Manager Sotelo requested a Closed Session, for Personnel Matters and Pending Litigation, at the end of the Meeting. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Dan Loudermilk, 541 North Yucca, Colton, spoke to the City Council regarding harassment towards his son, Michael, from Mr. Steven M. Aguilar, with the boxing club under the Human Services Department. Mr. Loudermilk said that Mr. Wynn, Director of Parks, Recreation and Human Services, sent a letter to Mr. Aguilar advising him that the boxing club was open to all members of the public, however, the harassment continued. Mr. Loudermilk stated that he also contacted Congressman Brown's office on this matter. Mr. Loudermilk concluded he felt that Mr. Aguilar should be relieved of his duties at the boxing club. Mayor Gonzales stated this matter would be referred to City Manager Sotelo, and that Mr. Loudermilk should get in touch with him. The City Council adjourned at 7:53 p.m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:05 p.m., all Members present. CLOSED SESSION: 5
