City Clerk Ramos stated the landowners within the District, the acreage <br />of land owned, and the votes to which each is entitled are: <br />Lebanoff-McKnight - 2.34 acres - 3 votes <br />Mt. Vernon Shopping Center Associates, Ltd. - 12.81 acres - 13 votes <br />City Clerk Ramos stated the Propositions voted on were: <br />A) Incurring a bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed <br />$10,000,000 for financing public facilities within and for <br />Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mt. Vernon Corridor) <br />of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of <br />California. <br />B) The annual levy of special taxes on taxable property within <br />the Community Facilities District for payment of principal <br />of and interest on the bonds thereof. <br />C) The establishment of an appropriations limit for the Community <br />Facilities District. <br />City Clerk Ramos stated the results of the Election with respect to <br />each Proposition set forth in said Official Ballot were as follows: <br />Proposition A: 16 YES Votes - 0 NO Votes <br />Proposition B: 16 YES Votes - 0 NO Votes <br />Proposition C: 16 YES Votes - 0 NO Votes <br />City Clerk Ramos concluded that completes the canvass of said Special <br />Election and the results thereof. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, to waive Full <br />Reading and pass First Reading of Ordinance No. 0-17-90. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-17-90 - ORDINANCE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. <br />(First Reading) 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A <br />SPECIAL TAX WITHIN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DIS- <br />TRICT NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, to adopt Resolu- <br />tion Nos. R-125-90, R-126-90 and R-127-90. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-125-90 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULTS <br />OF THE CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL ELECTION FOR COM- <br />MUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MT.
