City Clerk Ramos stated the landowners within the District, the acreage of land owned, and the votes to which each is entitled are: Lebanoff-McKnight - 2.34 acres - 3 votes Mt. Vernon Shopping Center Associates, Ltd. - 12.81 acres - 13 votes City Clerk Ramos stated the Propositions voted on were: A) Incurring a bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 for financing public facilities within and for Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mt. Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California. B) The annual levy of special taxes on taxable property within the Community Facilities District for payment of principal of and interest on the bonds thereof. C) The establishment of an appropriations limit for the Community Facilities District.
