ORDINANCE NO. 0-17-90 - ORDINANCE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. <br />(Second Reading) 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A <br />SPECIAL TAX WITHIN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT <br />NO. 90-1 (MT. VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-17-90. Unanimous vote. <br />Recess <br />The City Council recessed at 8:25 p.m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:28 p.m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:30 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Liti- <br />gation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), and reconvened <br />at 9:03 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 9:05 p. m., to meet for <br />an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 1990, at 7:00 p.m., <br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />HELEN A.
