Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve <br />and adopt the new Job Description for the position of Fire Chief. Vote <br />was unanimous. <br />Community Facilities District No. 90-1 <br />Acting Economic Development Director Zamora reported on proposed Agree- <br />ments and Resolutions pertaining to Community Facilities District No. <br />90-1 (Mt. Vernon Corridor) for Council's consideration. <br />Mr. Zamora continued Resolution No. R-132-90 approves the purchase of <br />real property within the District for use as a municipal parking facil- <br />ity, and Resolution No. R-133-90 approves and authorizes execution and <br />delivery of separate Funding, Construction and Acquisition Agreements <br />between the City of Colton, Sultan Financial Corporation, and Lebanoff- <br />McKnight Development Group, respectively. <br />Mr. Zamora concluded Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution <br />Nos. R-132-90 and R-133-90, and the Agreements as outlined, for Commun- <br />ity Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mt.
