CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Ordinance No. 0-14-90 City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-14-90, relating to a variety of fence types as protection devices around swimming pools, for Second Reading and recommended approval. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-14-90. Unanimous vote. ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING (Second Reading) ORDINANCE 0-13-87 SECTION 15.24.040 TO ALLOW FOR A VARIETY OF FENCE TYPES AS PROTECTION DEVICES AROUND SWIMMING POOLS Ordinance No. 0-15-90 City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-15-90, for Second Reading and recommended approval. Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-15-90. Unanimous vote. ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING (Second Reading) CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON MUNI- CIPAL CODE TO GRANT CREDITS AGAINST SALES AND USE TAXES OWED TO THE CITY OF COLTON IN THE AMOUNT OF SALES AND USE TAXES PAID, IF ANY, TO THE COLTON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND TO RE- PEAL SECTION 3.28.137 OF CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. Public Hearing City Attorney Edwards addressed Item 6 on the Agenda. Mr. Edwards said this is to set for Public Hearing the vacation of the alley located south of Mill St. and north of Hunter Rd. and east of Esperanza St. The reason it is presented at this time is to correct the resolution number to read as R-118-90. City Attorney Edwards recommended the Council set a public hearing for November 20, 1990 to hear any protests to the proposed alley vacation. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to set the Alley Vacation for Public Hearing on November 20, 1990. Unanimous vote. Emergency Ordinance No. 0-16-90 City Attorney Edwards informed Council that Item 9 of the Agenda re- garding an emergency Ordinance for the City would be addressed at this time.
