CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-14-90 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-14-90, relating to <br />a variety of fence types as protection devices around swimming pools, <br />for Second Reading and recommended approval. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-14-90. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(Second Reading) ORDINANCE 0-13-87 SECTION 15.24.040 TO ALLOW <br />FOR A VARIETY OF FENCE TYPES AS PROTECTION <br />DEVICES AROUND SWIMMING POOLS <br />Ordinance No. 0-15-90 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-15-90, for Second <br />Reading and recommended approval. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-15-90. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(Second Reading) CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON MUNI- <br />CIPAL CODE TO GRANT CREDITS AGAINST SALES <br />AND USE TAXES OWED TO THE CITY OF COLTON IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF SALES AND USE TAXES PAID, IF ANY, <br />TO THE COLTON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND TO RE- <br />PEAL SECTION 3.28.137 OF CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE <br />3 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />Public Hearing <br />City Attorney Edwards addressed Item 6 on the Agenda. Mr. Edwards said <br />this is to set for Public Hearing the vacation of the alley located <br />south of Mill St. and north of Hunter Rd. and east of Esperanza St. <br />The reason it is presented at this time is to correct the resolution <br />number to read as R-118-90. <br />City Attorney Edwards recommended the Council set a public hearing for <br />November 20, 1990 to hear any protests to the proposed alley vacation. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to set the <br />Alley Vacation for Public Hearing on November 20, 1990. Unanimous vote. <br />Emergency Ordinance No. 0-16-90 <br />City Attorney Edwards informed Council that Item 9 of the Agenda re- <br />garding an emergency Ordinance for the City would be addressed at this <br />time.
