Mayor Gonzales stated that the following people wished to address the Council regarding items on the Consent Calendar: (11) Traffic Signals Mr. George Fulp, 1497 Cindee Lane questioned what are the benefits for the City or the Developer in upgrading of the traffic signals at Mt. Vernon and La Cadena Drive and will the developer be paying fees. Public Works Director, John Hutton, responded they are upgrading the existing traffic signals and the developer has been assessed traffic fees. (12) Traffic Signals Mr. George Fulp, inquired since the City of San Bernardino and the City of Colton come together at the Mt. Vernon and La Cadena Drive traffic signal, has the City of San Bernardino been approached for funds. Public Works Director, John Hutton, explained that the entire inter- section is in the City limits except for the north east corner so the City of Colton is totally responsible for upkeep. 2 ' n 1991
