R-23-91. <br />(17) Tracts <br />Approval of Tract #13701 and 13701-1, Forecast Development, <br />for Recordation. <br />Mayor Gonzales stated that the following people wished to address the <br />Council regarding items on the Consent Calendar: <br />(11) Traffic Signals <br />Mr. George Fulp, 1497 Cindee Lane questioned what are the benefits for <br />the City or the Developer in upgrading of the traffic signals at Mt. <br />Vernon and La Cadena Drive and will the developer be paying fees. <br />Public Works Director, John Hutton, responded they are upgrading the <br />existing traffic signals and the developer has been assessed traffic <br />fees. <br />(12) Traffic Signals <br />Mr. George Fulp, inquired since the City of San Bernardino and the City <br />of Colton come together at the Mt. Vernon and La Cadena Drive traffic <br />signal, has the City of San Bernardino been approached for funds. <br />Public Works Director, John Hutton, explained that the entire inter- <br />section is in the City limits except for the north east corner so the <br />City of Colton is totally responsible for upkeep. <br />2 <br />' n 1991 <br />
