R-80-91. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Roman, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />County Medical Facility <br />Mayor Gonzales stated he would like to bring back the proposed County <br />Medical Facility, to be located in the City of Colton, for Council's <br />reconsideration. Mayor Gonzales advised there are several people in the <br />audience that wish to speak on this matter. <br />Mr. John Longfield, 1809 Cottonwood, Colton, spoke in opposition to the <br />proposed Medical Facility. Mr. Longfield stated he is a member of the <br />Civil Service Board and he understands how difficult important decisions <br />are to make, but it has to be done. Mr. Longfield commended Council - <br />AUG 6 - 1,991 <br />
