Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Upon Councilman Rehrer's written recommendation, Mayor Gonzales <br />stated Mr. Henry Mendoza has expressed a desire to serve another <br />term on the Utilities Commission. Mr. Mendoza's term expires at the <br />end of December 1991. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to <br />reappoint Mr. Henry Mendoza to serve another term on the Utilities <br />Commission, commencing January of 1992. Motion carried with <br />Councilman Roman voting "No." <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Air Quality Element Plan <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />no written protests or objections were received. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera advised that the adoption <br />K <br />DE"O 1 7 1991 <br />
