Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve <br />the contract with Utility Consultants Inc., in the amount of $9,143. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Eugene McMeans, 2025 South Glenwood Drive, thanked the Council for <br />adoption of the Reche Canyon Specific Plan. Mr. McMeans also suggested <br />that the City Council look into the possibility of rearranging the order <br />of the Agenda, so that Oral Communications could be heard early in <br />the meeting rather than at the close. <br />Mr. George Fulp, 1497 Cindee Lane, presented two petitions to the <br />City Council requesting that the City Council meetings be video <br />taped and that it look into the misuse of City vehicles being used <br />for personnel busines and/or by those receiving a car allowance. <br />Mr. Fulp requested that a report be brought back at the next Council <br />meeting. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera introduced the new Deputy <br />Building Official, Mr. Richard Gonzales. The Council welcomed Mr. <br />Gonzales aboard and clarified that he is not related to the Mayor. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:45 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Liti- <br />gation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), and reconvened <br />at 10:30 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Roman, seconded by Councilman Lofy <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 10:31 <br />for an Adjourned Meeting on Monday, February 11, 1991 <br />HELEN A.
