COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 4, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />City Clerk Ramos advised the Council Members may approve <br />the Minutes from the Meeting held May 28, 1991, as given <br />to them this evening, or the Council may wish to hold this <br />item over to the next Meeting. <br />After discussion, it was the consensus that approval of the <br />Minutes would be considered at the next Meeting. <br />(2) Warrants <br />104197 - 104278, 104282 - 104707 <br />169655 - 169754 <br />May 30, 1991 <br />(3) Safety <br />Approval of Illness and Injury Prevention Program for the <br />City of Colton (SB 198), RESOLUTION NO. R-50-91. <br />(4 ) Litigation <br />City Attorney Resolution authorizing Settlement with Fantasy <br />Topless, RESOLUTION NO. R-51-91. <br />(5) Recycling <br />Adoption of Resolution for Certification of a Recycling Buy <br />Back Center at 1904 Rancho Avenue, Stater Bros., RESOLUTION <br />NO. R-52-91. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Fees/Planning <br />Ord. No. 0-9-91 & Res.
