--- Mr. Rocky Fredrickson, Lake Cadena Mobile Home Park, Colton, stated he would like to publicly thank the City Manager, Gale Drews, and the City Council for the immediate action taken on the lighting in the Mobile Home Park. Ms. Jean Hart, 952 Palm Drive, Colton, spoke about the street improve- ments in the City of Colton, stating she noticed they had started work- ing on the streets and then stopped, and she wanted to know when the work would continue. Public Works Director Hutton stated the street improvement project will resume after July 1, 1991. Mr. Pete Ramos, 631 Carole Court, Colton, made a report to the City Council regarding proceeds from the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta and Beer Garden operated by the Gents Organization and the Latino Peace Offi- cers Association jointly. Mr. Ramos stated the expenditures amounted to approximately $958. and the proceeds amounted to approximately $2,308., which were split with the Latino Peace Officers Association. Mr. Ramos concluded it is the intention of the Gents Organization to commit $1,000. for scholarships this year at Colton High School. Recess The City Council recessed at 7:50 p.m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 7:55 p.m., all Members present. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:55 p.m., to discuss Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), and re- convened at 8:20 p.m., all Members present. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilman Roman, seconded by Councilman Lofy and unanimously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 8:25 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 1991, at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
