ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mrs. Hazel Olson, 947 East Olive Street, Colton, advised that they <br />are still waiting to complete the Museum for the planned opening on <br />December 15, 1991. Mrs. Olson stated there are still many problems <br />to be taken care of before the scheduled opening. <br />City Manager Stratton stated the contractor has completed the work in <br />the contract. Staff is working to resolve some Fire concerns, and <br />those items remaining to be finished. <br />Recess <br />The City Council recessed at 7:44 p.m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 7:50 p.m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:50 p.m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 8:36 p.m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Roman and unanimously <br />passed, Councilwoman Cisneros adjourned the Meeting at 8:37 p. m., to <br />meet for an Adjourned Meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 1991, at 5:30 <br />p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />,-VI Q <br />HELEN A.
