Mrs. Stratton advised the Museum Association is prepared to make its <br />first year's lease payment tonight in exchange for the formal posses- <br />sion of the property, and Mrs. Hazel Olson is present to make this <br />exchange. <br />Mrs. Stratton stated Staff recommends acceptance of the Museum <br />Association's lease payment in exchange for the keys and possession <br />of the Museum building for the purposes of tenant improvements in <br />preparation of the Grand Opening to the public in December. <br />Mayor Gonzales, City Manager Stratton and Economic Development Direc- <br />tor Zamora presented Mrs. Olson with a wooden key. The key was made <br />by Colton Senior High School Wood Shop II Class. <br />Mrs. Stratton concluded Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. <br />R-100-91, approving the reprogramming of $20,000 from the C.D.B.G. <br />Contingency/Reserve fund to the Museum Project. <br />Moved by Councilman Roman, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- <br />prove Staff's recommendations and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-100-91. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-100-91 - <br />Annexations <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF COMMUN- <br />ITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FROM THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONTINGENCY <br />FUND TO THE COLTON MUSEUM PROJECT. <br />City Manager Stratton reported on a revised Resolution No. R-94-91, de- <br />termining the property tax transfer between the County of San Bernardino <br />and the City of Colton as a result of the annexation of Peppertree Lane <br />to the City. <br />Mrs. Stratton said the revised Resolution reinstates proceedings for <br />the annexation since the initial time frame has lapsed. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Roman, to adopt RESOLU- <br />TION NO. R-94-91. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
