COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 17, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />The Color Guard, Police Department Explorers, led the group in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />I?OTJ. C`A,T,T. <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Stratton, City Attorney Edwards, and <br />City Clerk Ramos.
