Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmernber Roman, to accept and approve the Consent Calendar, except for Item No. 9 which has been removed from the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. CORRESPONDENCE: Mayor Gonzales acknowledged receipt of a letter dated July 15, 1992 from Messrs Russell W. Mills and Thomas E. Basharn regarding the retention of Mr. Brooks London as buyout consultant. Mr. Bill Kalogonis, 700 E. Washington, Space 241, indicated he was a member of the steering committee dealing with the park conversion. Mr. Brooks London has separated from Pacific Parks Associates, As spokesman for the park residents, Mr. Kalogonis related that Pacific Parks has not bothered to send anyone to confer with the residents individually. Two of their representatives have only attended two meetings. On the other hand, most of the park residents are happy with Mr. London. He is considerate of their views and he has the residents' vote of support. Mr. Russell W. Mills, 700 E. Washington, Space 145, stated he spoke for the whole contingency of residents and expressed concerned about pulling Mr. Brooks London from the conversion plan which would be detrimental to their efforts.
