Recognition <br />Mayor Gonzales read a resolution to be presented to Supervisor Robert (Bob) Hammock upon <br />his retirement. <br />Gloved by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Lofy, to approve the <br />Retirement Resolution for Supervisor Robert Hammock. Unanimous vote, <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Mayor Gonzales reed from his memorandum to the Council recommending the <br />re -appointment of Mr. Ramon Hernandez to the Planning Commision. <br />Moved by Councilmember Lofy, seconded by Councilmernber Roman, to reappoint Mr, <br />Ramon Hernandez to the Planning Commission. Unanimous vote, <br />Recyling <br />Mr. Craig Sellers, General Manager of Golden Aluminum, presented an Outstanding Recycler <br />Certificate -Plaque to the City Council. Mr. Sellers said the City sold his company a quarter <br />million pounds of aluminLlm, the aluminum was used to manufacture new aluminum saving <br />90% energy costs, Mr. Sellers congratulated the Mayor, City Council and the Recyling Staff <br />for their efforts, <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP <br />14070 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or <br />objections were received, <br />City Manager Lewis reported the City entered into an agreement with Camden Development <br />to develop the out parcels of the K -Mart Development. For several months now, staff has <br />been trying to negotiate an amicable agreement with one of the adjacent land owners, The <br />negotiations have come very close, currently there are two minor outstanding issues that <br />need to be resolved. Tonight staff would request that the Council consider approving the <br />Parcel Map pending the resolution of these items. If these items are not resolved, staff will <br />bring this matter back at the next regular Council meeting for the removal of that condition, <br />Public Works Director button reported the tentative map for Parcel Flap 14070 is a form <br />parcel split, The project is located at the North 'west corner of flit.
