Councilme€bers Rios and Beltran voting No. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Administrative Analyst Helen Cortez, addressed the Council to express <br />her gratitude with the appointment of ,john Hutton as Interim Public <br />'forks Director. Ms. Cortez reviewed her displeasure with the management <br />style and decisions of farmer Public Works Director Glickman and City <br />Manager Lewis, saying the deparartmentrs morale was at an all time low <br />and that the Green. Waste Program was placed on hold.. <br />Mr. Jesse Valdivia,, 644 E. "C" Street, welcomed City Attorney Julie <br />Biggs on board. He commented that there have been many people who do <br />not possess college degrees and have been successful in their endeavors. <br />He stated that the appointed commissioners should also be very <br />knowledgeable. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Executive Director Young requested that the Closed.
