Mrs. Margie Ramirez compared City Manager Young's managerial style to the previous manager,'s style and exclaimed that morale had improved greatly. She noted that progress was being made in the City. She wondered why there was a question as to salary for an individual who is doing the job when there was no question regardomg salary for an individual who apparently was not doing the job.
