ELIMINATE UNFUNDED FEDERAL MANDATES. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />Mr. Donald Willia-ms <br />Mayor Gonzales stated Mr. Donald M. Williams, has requested to <br />address the Council. <br />Using a drawing of the Shadid/Reche Canyon Road. area, Mr. Donald M. <br />Williams 3011 Shadid Drive, outlined therarious flooding, <br />drainage, road erosion, road maintenance and mud problems being <br />experienced by h'm and his neighbors. Mr. Williams said his <br />neighbor, who is 82 years old as is his wife, is no longer <br />receiving mail because access to his -mailbox is hindered by a large <br />amount of mud. The Pest Office stopped delivery mail. to them last <br />Thursday.
