ELIMINATE UNFUNDED FEDERAL MANDATES. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />Mr. Donald Willia-ms <br />Mayor Gonzales stated Mr. Donald M. Williams, has requested to <br />address the Council. <br />Using a drawing of the Shadid/Reche Canyon Road. area, Mr. Donald M. <br />Williams 3011 Shadid Drive, outlined therarious flooding, <br />drainage, road erosion, road maintenance and mud problems being <br />experienced by h'm and his neighbors. Mr. Williams said his <br />neighbor, who is 82 years old as is his wife, is no longer <br />receiving mail because access to his -mailbox is hindered by a large <br />amount of mud. The Pest Office stopped delivery mail. to them last <br />Thursday. Pictures were presented to the Council shoeing <br />conditions and areas o—,':' concern. <br />Councilmember Beltran offered some thoughts with regard to <br />installation of a culvert and going under Reche Canyon Road to <br />resolve the drainage and flooding probl.eMs . <br />Mr. Earl McCutchen, 23368 Fern Street, said lie was frustrated <br />because his property is in the Counter and when he contacts the <br />County he is told to contact the City as it is the City"s flooding <br />that is causi <br />
