Unanimous vote. <br />Southern California Edison <br />Mayor Gonzales announced that this was the time and place fixed for public hearing <br />to consider the adoption of a Resolution of Necessity to acquire the Southern <br />California Edison Electrical Distribution System and Improvements thereon. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests <br />or objections were received. <br />Electric Utility Director Drews reported that the Department roust extend facilities at <br />Shadid Drive, within the City limits, to provide electric service to the residents of this <br />tract, currently being served by Southern California Edison Company. To prevent <br />duplication of electric facilities to the area and considerable time and expense, <br />Southern California Edison Company has agreed to condemnation of their facilities at <br />5 <br />
