COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUICE 15, 1993 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Cit} of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:39 p. m.` in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales <br />presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Fledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was Offered by Chaplain glen C. Harris. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, Cool, Beltran and <br />Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Young, City Attorney Brown and <br />Citgo Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />After announcing proposed action as to Item Nos. 11, 13, 21, 31 and 34 <br />Councilmember Beltran moved to have Item No. 11 tabled until budget sessions and <br />to have Item No. 13 continued to July 6, 1993. <br />!'Moved by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. <br />Councilmember Bennett asked for discussion on Item No. 11 and inquired about the <br />time delay in the recycling matter. Councilmember Beltran responded he wanted a <br />clear picture as to where the City is at with the program. He requested clarification <br />of the audit by McGladery & Pullen and said he wanted further information on the <br />response to the audit by Finance Director Richard Acevedo. <br />1 <br />U A 1, ! 100-13 <br />
