Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />field on the above given date at e 30 p.m.. in the Council Chambers <br />of the City ells Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Alle i .a.ce to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Bennetts Sandoval, Rios 8 Cisneros, <br />Cooks Beltran., and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manage <br />Young, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />.AGENDA REVIEW** City Manager. <br />City Manager requested that item No. 17 be pulled from Consent <br />Calendar. As requested,, there was discussion on the following <br />Items: <br />Item No. 3: Mayor Gonzales called Mr. John igaty' name and there <br />as no response. <br />Items dose 4 & 5 a Councilmember Bennett inquired if these were <br />budgeted isms and presented to Council during budget review. <br />Finance Director Acevedo answered "Yes." In light of budget <br />constraints, Counc lmember Beltran questioned the need to buy a <br />camera for $27,691.75. Wates` Utilities Manager Lavin stated that <br />the camera: was required by NPDES Permit Use for the storm at r <br />systems. <br />
