Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR & COUNCIL ITEMS <br />Proclamation <br />Mayor Gonzales announced and read the following proclamations: <br />Public Power wee. - October 3-9, 1993 which was accepted by <br />Gale Drews, Electric Director. <br />Crime Prevention Month, October 1993, which was accepted by <br />Jean Drake, President of the Colton oman's Club. <br />.Mayor Gonzales stated that recognition for City of Colton, 1993 and <br />Days of Caring - Arrowhead flay and Future 2000 Day, September 23, <br />1993 will be mailed to the appropriate agencies. <br />Tour de Terrace <br />Mayor Gonzales briefly described the City of Grand Terrace's <br />request for permission to tour various part of the City of Calton <br />during their Sth annual. Tour de Terrace on Sunday, October 3, 1993. <br />Motion by Councilmember Sandoval, seconded by Councilmember Rios, <br />to grant permission to the City of Grand Terrace to hold this event <br />through the City of Colton. Unanimous vote. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />Rialto High School <br />Mayor Gonzales announced Rialto High School's request to allow the <br />Cross Country Team to cross Randall avenue south of the high school <br />as part of their cross-country course. There were no objections by <br />the appropriate City departments. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmembe.r. <br />Beltran, to allow Rialto High. School's Cross country Team to use <br />Randall Avenue on. September 29, October 13 and October 27, 1993. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />4 <br />
