First of allf Vm very dismayed that this whole situation has gotten out of proportion. I sit here and look at all these people who are sitting out here and I know that a lot of these people service our community by protecting us and they are our Police Department. I see a very good man in Bernie Lunsford. I see a very good man in Lieutenant Cabral and I certainly commend both of you for the outstanding Job that you do for our Police Department and it's scary to think that we can sit here and almost come to the point that we might consider that something here might happen here like it does or did in Los Angeles, where people are divided because of color... race. We are a small community. we live together. A lot of us were born and raised here and continue to live here and we should take pride in that and it bother me as I look out there... a lot of people that I know... that we be on opposite sides and I would hope that, perhaps, after all this is over, we can come together as a community and put all this behind.
