Allai-.i <br />Jean Ferrante, Colton resident, spoke against holding Closed Session before the balance of the <br />Agenda is completed. <br />At 8:18 p.m. Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting ajourned to Closed Session and at 9:50 p.m., <br />meeting reconvened with all. Ms. Linda Carter to tti.e Planning Commission for District 5, <br />i, <br />Tl ich was, vacated due to the recent removal. of Mr. Jim Ott. <br />Councilmember Sandoval nominated Mr. Isaac Suchil to the, Cemetery Con-imission for District 6. <br />Mayor Gaytati reappointed Mr. Donald Hines to the Historic Preservation Commission, <br />At 9:53 p.m. Councilmember Sanders left the dais. <br />Mot'lo-n/second by CM Ben-nett/Chastain to approve the, appointments as announced. Motion carried <br />with CM Sanders absent, <br />Counciln-winner Cook announced her appointment to the Administrative Services Committee of the <br />League of Califon. -iia Cities and the Committee of Employee Relations of the Inland Empire Division <br />of the Leap-ue of Califomia Cities. She also requested approval from. Council to attend a workshop in <br />San.
