Scouting Organizations; <br />4` Any group/organization that wants to be considered; and <br />Any new leagues/organizations/groups that are formed during this interim <br />period and meet the criteria of traditional recreation partners. <br />(4) A charge of 15% of the total fee for facility use will be charged to non-profit <br />groups: <br />i.e. Service groups; <br />Churches; <br />Community based groups; and <br />School District <br />(5) A charge of 25% of the total fee for facility use will be charge to private groups: <br />i.e. family organizations; <br />family reunions; <br />adult leagues; and <br />All others who do not fall into the above mentioned groups <br />(6) The above fee charges will be in place for six months and no other fee waivers <br />will be considered by Council or the Recreation and Parks Commission. <br />(7) A non-refundable $25.00 charge is to be paid for each facility request and shall be <br />(- date specific and all-inclusive. <br />6:06 p.m. Councilmember Hutton left their place at the dais. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: (continued) <br />Sal Rios, Ken Hubbs Little League representative, spoke as to boundaries that are <br />established by the leagues. <br />John Vialobos, Pony League representative, spoke on the establishment of boundaries. <br />Further discussion concluded with unanimous consent of the motion with <br />Councilmember Cook and Hutton absent and Commissioner Colunga absent. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mayor Gaytan and Chairperson Lucero adjourned the meeting at 6:23 p.m. <br />CAROLINA P.
