Second Reading, Zone Change MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/Ramos to waive full reading and pass second reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-11-01 approving a change of zone from B -P (Business Park) to I -P (Industrial Park) for certain property located in the City of Colton. Motion carried upon unanimous vote. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Permit Application Fees This was the time and place fixed to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 5.20 and 5.24 of the Colton Municipal code to provide that the amount of permit application fees for massage permits and pawnbroker permits be established by resolution and amending regulations regarding pawnbroker permits. Mayor declared the Public Hearing "Open." City Clerk declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no protests or objections were received. Police Chief Huesterberg summarized the agenda report dated August 21, 2001 and submitted staff's recommendation. MOTION/VOTE: There being no request for public comment, motion/second by CM Sanders/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing carried upon unanimous vote. Motion/second by CM Sanders/Zamora to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-80- 01, establishing fees pertaining to permit applications for various activities and waive full reading and pass first reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-12-01, amending Chapter 5.20 and 5.24 of the Colton Municipal code to provide that the amount of permit application fees for massage permits and pawnbroker permits be established by resolution and amending regulations regarding pawnbroker permits. Motion on the resolution and ordinance carried upon unanimous vote. Landscapinq Requirements This was the time and place fixed to consider a zone ordinance text amendment pertaining to landscape requirements in all commercial and industrial zones, reducing the landscape requirement from 25 percent to 15 percent of lot coverage, file index no.
