Director Zamora highlighted the agenda report dated August 21, 2001 and asked for <br />approval of staff's recommendation. <br />MOTIONIVOTE: There being no request for public comment, motion/second by CM <br />Sanders/De La Rosa to terminate the Public Hearing carried upon unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Sanders/Ramos to waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-01, amending text of zone ordinance pertaining to landscape <br />requirements in all commercial and industrial zones, reducing the landscape <br />requirement from 25 % of lot coverage, File Index No. DT -43-01.
