At 7:54 P.M., Mayor Bennett adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and at <br />9:00 P. M., the meeting reconvened with all Members present. <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council did meet and did confer in Closed <br />Session on the item previously announced: <br />(A) PERSONNEL APPOINTMENT <br />Action: There was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 9:00 P.M., with consensus of Council, Mayor Bennett declared the meeting <br />adjourned. <br />Olivia R.
