AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 3 thru 9 for approval, recommending changes to Item No. 5 Resolution No. R-132-03, Exhibit A an additional project proposal: Citrus Street Infrastructure Improvements $17,500: The Engineering Department is proposing to utilize $17,500 of CDBG funds for the construction of in -fill infrastructure improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, handicap ramps, cross -gutters, and match -up AC pavement on Citrus Street between Bordwell Street and North Mt. Vernon Avenue. City forces will be used to construct the improvements and Item No. 9 removal of claim by Alma & Jennifer Muneton. PUBLIC COMMENT Linda Tripp, Historic Preservation Vice -Chairperson, addressed the council on Item 5 consideration of CDBG Funds for Historic Preservation. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Chastain to approve Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 3 thru 9 for approval, recommending changes to Item No. 5, R-132-03 Exhibit A, and Item No. 9 removal of claim by Alma & Jennifer Muneton. Motion carried with CM Zamora absent. CONSENT CALENDAR: (3) Minutes — Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting held November 18, 2003, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. (4) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #60949 to #61055, dated 11/6/03, totaling $445,063.60; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for November 21, 2003, totaling $806,933.38, as recommended by the Finance Director, on file in the Finance Department. (5) CDBG Proiects Eligibility — Approved the submittal of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects to the County of San Bernardino for Eligibility and Qualification Review for Funding from Fiscal Year 2004-2005, RESOLUTION NO. R-132-03. ADDITIONAL PROJECT PROPOSAL TO EXHIBIT A. (6) Permit — Approved use of Fleming Park for Families & Friends of Murder Victims Activities on Monday, April 19, 2004, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (7) Grant Funds for Youth Soccer and Recreation Development Program — Approved and adopted a resolution approving the City of Colton to apply for grant funds for the Youth Soccer and Recreation Development Program under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks and Coastal Protection Act of 2002, RESOLUTION NO. R-133-03.
