(12) Application of Grant Funds/Bicycle Transportation - Approved and adopted a resolution authorizing the application for grant funds from the bicycle transportation account and appropriation of grant matching funds, RESOLUTION NO R-120-03. (13) Award of Bid/ Moss Brothers Ford — Approved and adopted a resolution to appropriate funds from the asset seizure unappropriated fund balance account 261- 2790 to expenditure account 261-6070-6082-4910 and award a contract to Moss Brothers Ford for the purchase of five (5) used vehicles for the Police Department in the amount of $78,334.12, RESOLUTION NO.
