Motion carried with Mayor <br />Bennett abstaining on Item No. 23 due to a conflict as property is within 1000 feet. <br />(14) Claims — Approved denial of claims against the City of Colton submitted by Marvin C. <br />Baca, Ruth Chavez, and Leonard Salcido. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Chastain.
