CONSENT CALENDAR: (2) Minutes — Approval of Minutes for the City Council Special Meeting held July 1, 2003; Minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held October 21, 2003; Minutes for the Special Joint Meeting with City Council and Colton Joint Unified District held October 22, 2003, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. (3) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #60412 to #60566, Dated 10/09/03, Totaling $2,392,075.06; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for October 24, 2003, Totaling $670,105.40, as recommended by the Finance Director, on file in the Finance Department. (4) Application for Grant Funds/Murray-Havden Program — Approved and adopted a resolution approving the City of Colton to apply for grant funds from the Murray -Hayden Program under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2002, RESOLUTION NO. R-112-03. (5) Application for Grant Funds/Roberti-Z'berg-Harris — Approved and adopt a resolution approving the City of Colton to apply for grant gunds for the Robe rti-Z'be rg-Ha rris Block Grant Program Under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2002, RESOLUTION NO. R-113-03. (6) Traffic Signal Upgrades and Repairs — Approved and adopted a resolution amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2003/04 appropriating funds in the amount of $150,000 for the traffic signal upgrades to the current signalization system, RESOLUTION NO. R-114-03. (7) Notice of Completion — Approved final acceptance of Congress Street Parking Project in the amount of $92,831.07 and authorized finalizing and recordation of a Notice of Completion - Hardy and Haper, Inc. (8) Tract 16315 — Approved authorization to the signing of the Subdivision Agreement, accepted and approved Tract 16315 for recordation and the street dedications and easements for utility purposes. (9) Award of Purchase — Approved the award of purchase of 85 New Glock Model G22 handguns for Police Department to Davidson's, Inc. in the amount of $36,955 Less the trade-in and buy back credits for a total cost of $15,650.37. (10) Waste Disposal Agreement Amendment #3 — Approved amendment to Waste Disposal Agreement (Amendment #3) with the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Works for the Disposal of 75,000 additional tons of solid waste. (11) Personnel/Public Services — Approved request for recruitment and ratification of three (3) employee appointments to the full-time position of Maintenance Worker I, in the Public Services Department, Street Division. (12) Personnel/Pubic Services - Approved the in-house recruitment and ratification of the full- time position of Maintenance Worker III, in the Public Services — Parks Division.
