R-112-03. <br />City Manager Parrish provided clarification stating he had received correspondence regarding <br />how the State had removed the match requirement. Discussion continued with Public Services <br />Director Kenny responding to questions regarding the clarification for the benefit of the public, <br />restriction on timeline, progress of the Regional Park and use of grant funds for other Master <br />Park Plan projects. <br />(6) Traffic Signal Upgrades and Repairs — Approve and Adopt a Resolution Amending the <br />Budget for Fiscal Year 2003/04 Appropriating Funds in the Amount of $150,000 for the <br />Traffic Signal Upgrades to the Current Signalization System, RESOLUTION NO. R-114- <br />03. <br />CM De La Rosa/Chastain directed questions to City Engineer Jakher regarding the current field <br />review, if other sites had been evaluated other than those listed, the balance of the $20,000, <br />improved traffic flow on Rancho and Valley, C Street sign and expected date of future list for <br />return to council. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Items No.(s) 2 thru 14, <br />with Item 10 pulled for separate vote. Unanimous vote. <br />(10) Waste Disposal Agreement Amendment #3 - Amend Waste Disposal Agreement <br />(Amendment #3) with the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Works for the <br />Disposal of 75,000 additional Tons of Solid Waste. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to approve Item No. 10 as recommended by staff. <br />Discussion followed by CM Mitchell. <br />Vote on motion: Unanimous. <br />2003 NOV 04 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 4 - <br />
