Wondries Ford Fleet Division in the amount of $47,948.74, RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-99-03. <br />(10) CUA/Award of Bid — Approved the rescission of the contract previously awarded <br />to Fleet Transportation Services, ratify the issuance of a new RFP for Sludge <br />Hauling Services for Class A Sludge and Class B Sludge and award the Contract <br />to Synagro in the amount of $19.97/Ton for Class "A" and $33.82/Ton for Class <br />"B" bio -solid disposal for the FY 2003/2004. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Council/RDA Joint Meeting <br />Rancho Mill RDA Project Area <br />Approve and Adopt City and Agency Resolutions Approving a Loan by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and the City of Colton for the Rancho Mill <br />Redevelopment Project Area, Resolution No. R-100-03 and RDA Resolution No. 821. <br />RDA Manager Cassel provided a PowerPoint presentation of the agenda report and <br />requested approval of staff's recommendation to approve and adopt Resolution NO. R- <br />100-03 and RDA Resolution No. 821. <br />Discussion followed with questions from the members regarding the project. RDA <br />Manager Cassel explained to members that this was in the beautification goals of the <br />City, and that debt must be incurred in order for funds to be available for the project. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Zamora to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-100- <br />03 and RDA Resolution No. 821.
