CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MAY 18, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above - <br />given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, DeLaRosa, Hernandez and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit, Firefighters Association, Police Dispatchers <br />Association (CWA), Police Rank & File Association (CPOA), SBPEA General Unit, and <br />Police Management Association <br />At 5:01 p.m. Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:03 p.m., the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Martinez reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and began <br />discussion on Item A and would continue discussion of Item A at the end of the Regular Meeting <br />Agenda. <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 18, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Pastor Jim Hensley led the invocation. <br />2004 MAY 18 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 1 - <br />
