Barrera, CMC City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 3, 2004. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Recognition Police Chief Rulon introduced Bill Smith, Citizen Volunteer of the Year. <br />• Recognition Police Chief Rulon recognized the Bluejays Coach Bob Miller who <br />introduced the team and presented certificates. <br />Recognition Public Services Crew Leader Bob Lewis and Corporal Ernie Mireles read <br />and presented CHS Football Team, Colton PAL-YDC, Police Explorers <br />and Community for Slover Avenue Clean -Up Project. <br />City Manager Parrish announced that Item(s) 1 and 2 would be discussed with Item(s) 16 <br />through 19. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />Implement a Low -Income Assistance Program that would Allow Qualified Customers to <br />Select One Month Once a Year to receive a 100% Credit on the Electric Portion of their <br />Bill Paid for with Public Benefits Funds, RESOLUTION NO. R-85-04. [Item #14, 7120104 <br />agenda] <br />Request Approval of Amendment Terminating Administrative Services Agreement with <br />El Colton, LLC.
