R-86-04. CM Chastain presented for Council consideration and requested approval of staffs recommendation. Motion/second by CM Chastain/De La Rosa to approve and adopt a resolution in support of the extension of Measure 1, Resolution No. R-86-04. Unanimous vote. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: District 3 — CM Chastain announced that Recreation and Parks Commissioner Taber has moved from District 3 and requested that the commissioner be allowed to continue serving as they still live in the City. No objections from Council. District 4 — CM Ramos announced vacancies in Historic Preservation Commission and the Utilities Commission. AGENDA REVIEW: City Manage City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 5 thru 14. Discussion by Council and clarification provided by staff with request by CM Hernandez for separate vote on Item 12. Motion/second by CM Chastain/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 5 thru 14, pulling Item 12 for separate vote. Unanimous vote.
