Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />City Clerk Barrera said the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's Office and <br />stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Zamora to terminate Public Hearing. Motion carried with CM <br />Hernandez absent. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/De La Rosa to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-08-04. <br />City Attorney Derleth requested that maker of motion and second amends their motion to <br />include Emergency Response Cost Recovery Fee. He referred the members to the agenda <br />report that described the need for such a fee but staff failed to list in the Resolution, as part of <br />Exhibit "A" — Police Department Fees. <br />Discussion and motion/second by CM Chastain/De La Rosa amended to approve and adopt <br />Resolution No. R-08-04 with correction to Exhibit "A" — Police Department Fees, to read as <br />follows: <br />"TYPE OF FEE <br />Emergency Response Cost Recovery Fee <br />Pursuant to Government code section <br />53150 et seq." <br />Vote on motion carried with CM Hernandez absent. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />First Reading <br />AMOUNT OF FEE <br />Actual Costs (including staff time) up <br />to $1,000 per incident <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance amending the existing <br />Redevelopment Plans to Downtown No. 1, Downtown No. 2, Cooley Ranch, Santa Ana River, <br />West Valley Project Area, Mt. Vernon Corridor, and Rancho Mill Project Areas, concerning <br />certain time limitations, ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-04. <br />Motion/second by Ramos/Zamora to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. <br />0-04-04. Motion carried with CM Hernandez absent. <br />Second Reading <br />Animal -Related Fees <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of An Ordinance of The City of Colton Amending <br />Chapter 7.08 of The Colton Municipal Code to Allow Animal -Related Fees to be set by <br />Resolution, ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-04. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to waive full reading and pass second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 0-02-04.
