(14) RDA/Rancho/Mill Projects — Approve agency resolution to prioritize the Public Improvement Projects benefiting the Rancho Mill Redevelopment Project Area, RDA RESOLUTION NO. 822. CM De La Rosa requested additional information on the signal projects, inquiring as to why the signal projects were not combined as one, and asked for an update of handicap ramp, curbs and gutters. City Engineer Jakher and RDA Manager Cassel responded. Vote on the motion: Motion carried with CM Hernandez absent and CM Zamora abstaining on Item No. 11 due to conflict of interest.
