(6) Warrants — Approved Payroll Disbursement Listing for January 16, 2004, totaling <br />$676,729.12. <br />(7) Award of Contract/Lance Soll and Lunghard — Approved waiver of the formal <br />"Request for Proposal" process and authorized the City Manager to execute and sign <br />a professional services contract for the audit services in the proposed amount to <br />Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP for fiscal years ending June 30, 2004, 2005, and <br />2006 with the option to renew contract for fiscal years ending June 30, 2007 and <br />2008. <br />(8) Permit/Fleming Park - Approved the use of Fleming Park for the Janis Huntoon <br />Wedding Ceremony on Saturday, July 10, 2004, 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. <br />(9) Agreement/County of Riverside and City of Grand Terrace — Approved request to <br />enter into a cooperative agreement with the County of Riverside and the City of <br />Grand Terrace to design and construct intersection improvements and traffic signal <br />at the intersection of Main Street and Iowa Avenue. <br />(10) Tracts 16322 — Approved authorization of the signing of the subdivision agreement, <br />accept and approve Tract 16322 for recordation and the street dedications and <br />easements for utility purposes. <br />(11) Grant Deed/Street Dedication — Approved and accepted the Offer of Dedication from <br />Salathiel A. Ramirez and Celia Ramirez and authorize the recordation of the Grant <br />Deed. <br />(12) NDFE — Approved the City's Non Disposal Facility Element (NDFE) Update. <br />(13) Golden Handshake - Approved and adopted a proposed resolutions formally <br />establishing window periods for the Golden Handshake (GC20903) for <br />Miscellaneous Member, RESOLUTION NO.
