Barrera, CIVIC City Clerk POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 20, 2004. Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CIVIC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. CEREMONIAL MATTERS: Presentations, Awards, Proclamations Awards Police Chief Rulon introduced Richard Malouf, son of former Colton Police Captain Fred Malouf, who read and presented the $1,000 Fred Malouf Scholarship Award, for students with GPA 2.5 and career goals in law enforcement, to Colton High School recipients, Monique Martinez, Russell Garcia, Edward Guerra, and Fallon Richards. Recognition Police Chief Rulon introduced the 3rd clas graduates; Roxanne Ruiz, Sally Colunga, Louie and Christy Aguilar, Gil and Lupe Huerta. 0 Presentation Bluejays Coach and Team Members PULLED TO AUGUST 3, 2004 UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Annexation S-50 Approve and Adopt a Resolution approving the Negotiated Property Tax Revenue to be exchanged between the City of Colton and other Local Agencies, RESOLUTION NO. R-75-04. [Item #7, 716104 agenda] At 6:32 p.m. CM De La Rosa and Zamora announced that they would recuse themselves from discussion of Resolution No. R-75-04 due to Conflict of Interest as they own property within 500 yards of the project. Finance Director De Alwis presented an overview for consideration and requested approval of staffs recommendation. Motion/second by CM Ramos/Mtichell to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-75-04.
