➢ Proclamation Mayor Bennett read and presented a proclamation "Red Ribbon Week" <br />and Chief Rulon accepted. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Amendment to Aqua Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider continued public hearing of October 5, 2004, and <br />consider an amendment to the Agua Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan to re -designate <br />property located at 1600 Agua Mansa Road (Assessor Parcel Nos. 260-072-02, 03 & 04 and <br />260-072-15 and 16) from agricultural/open space/equestrian to medium industrial: File Index <br />Number DAP -000-281. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />City Clerk Barrera said the Notice of Continuance was on file in the City Clerk's Office and <br />stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />Community Development Director Zamora presented for Council consideration with an overview <br />of the agenda report and requested approval of staffs recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to terminate Public Hearing. Motion carried with CM <br />Hernandez absent. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />Ordinance No. 0-30-04.
