Motion carried with CM Hernandez absent. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(3) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #67382 to #67486, Dated 9/16/04, Totaling <br />$749,176.33; Payable Warrants #67487 to #67587, Dated 9/23/04, Totaling <br />$756,182.44; Payable Warrants #67588 to #67719, Dated 9/30/04, Totaling <br />$494,900.15; and Payroll Disbursement for 10/14/04, Totaling $673,189.50. <br />(4) MOU/CPMA - Approved and adopted the proposed Resolution Amending Resolution R- <br />33-03 for the Colton Police Management Association (CPMA) which Adopts the <br />Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding; and Authorize Staff to Sign MOU and <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Amend the Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-114-04 and R-115-04. <br />(5) MOU/Colton Firefighters Association - Approved and adopt the Proposed Resolution <br />Amending Resolution R-97-98 for the Colton Firefighters Association which Adopts the <br />Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding; and Authorize Staff to Sign MOU and <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Amend the Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-116-04 and R-117-04. <br />(6) MOU/General Unit - Approved and adopt the Proposed Resolution Amending Resolution <br />R-103-98 for the San Bernardino Public Employees Association (General Unit) which <br />Adopts the Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding, RESOLUTION NO. R-118-04. <br />(7) Disability Status/John E. Hoffman — Approved and adopt a Resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Colton, California, Pursuant to Government Code Section 21025, Making <br />Determination of Disability Status for Local Safety Employee John E.
